Nice and original early 1900’s hand forged iron and silver California spade bit. Possibly early August Buermann with hand engraved silver panels and buttons. Retains original slobber chains, cricket, and dimunitive copper rollers on the braces. Very nice balance, overall patina, character, and appearance. Overall length 7“ with a 4.75“ mouth opening.
