Antique sterling Concho Walla Walla prison bit. This is the prettiest and handiest little half breed bit I’ve seen in a long time. What sets it apart is that it is one of the very few Walla Walla bits with full sterling silver overlay instead of nickel or German silver, as inmates rarely had access to sterling silver in the blacksmith’s shops. The mouthpiece measures 5 1/8” wide with a roller at the top of the port, another seldom seen feature. The bit also includes the original rein chains and is perfect for using!
