Here is a fantastic set of an early example of braided rawhide reins in the California tradition. These are vaquero-made from the California central coast circa early 1900s. The rawhide is still supple, strong, and in fantastic condition. The reins measure 36” long with a 34” long romal and 10” leather popper. $275.
