Refunds - all custom bit and spur orders are non-refundable once completed. if you wish to cancel your custom order, store credit or a refund for 50% of the price of the custom bit or spurs will be given.

cancellation - custom bit and spur orders may be cancelled within 7 days of order date. refunds or store credit will only be given for 50% of the price of the bit or spur.

delivery - items will be shipped via usps, UPS or Fedex at the customer’s request. Tracking will be provided for each item. most custom bit orders will be completed and shipped within 12-16 weeks but can vary depending on workload during periods of high demand around the holidays or busy times of the year. a best guest estimate of a completion time will be provided for custom orders but are Not a guarantee of completion date. If you are not comfortable with this policy, please do not place a custom order,

returns - defective items may be returned within 30days for store credit or refund.
