Vintage Salinas bit and bridle…I purchased this nice setup from a local elderly gentleman and horseman who purchased this set up in the 1960s. He rode it everyday on the job as a groom at the Santa Barbara Polo Club throughout the 1970s in Montecito, California. Bit is unmarked but is a very well made bridle bit with a 5 1/8” wide Salinas mouthpiece. Headstall is very nice English leather and includes the matching leather caveson. He rode this bridle set up everyday with a set of rawhide romal reins which can be included if so desired. Everything is in very nice shape and is perfect for using again if so desired. Asking 125.
