This likely was a specially commissioned bit as I’ve never seen a Buermann bird bit with full sterling silver overlay engraved in a very intricate floral pattern. This is some of the finest silver work I’ve ever seen on a Buermann bit. Everything is very clean with no rust, repairs or breaks. The spade mouthpiece is in perfect original condition with copper barrels on the cannon and spoon. The original rein chains are included. Asking 575.
