Engraved iron kissing bird bit with a spade mouthpiece. Sharp crisp chasing overall. High spade mouth with copper wrapped braces, and original double slobber chains, circa 1890-1900.

The "Kissing Bird" design cheek pattern is frequently seen by various makers from this era. This one has nice cheek embellishments with silver dots, domed conchos and chased iron designs with a seashell inside the bell. It has the original slobber chains.
