Dick Deller is a renowned horseman and horse show judge who has shown champion horses for all his teen-age and adult life. His numerous awards include NRCHA Stock Horse Man of the Year and PCQHA Hall of Fame, and one of his horses, Dutch, was inducted into the Cow Horse Hall of Fame. Merrilee Morrell, daughter of Richie Morgan, was raised on a working cow ranch and has used the spade bit all her life. She has turned her inheritance of the bit collection into a study of the spade bit and how it works.
