Custom silver bridle bits and spade bits in traditional California patterns

All of our custom bits are made to order, one-at-a-time, using only the finest materials like sterling silver, sweet iron, and copper, just like the original designs they are based on. As each bit is built entirely by hand from start to finish; please allow 12-14 weeks for your bit to be completed. We take pride in our product and will not sacrifice quality or craftsmanship for the sake of time.

Figueroa pattern dolphin bit

This little bit is inspired by a dolphin bit from the Figueroa brothers made circa late 1800s in Los Angeles, California. We stayed true to the early California bits with lovely chased iron and single point engraving like the old ones. This bit is shown on Dave Weaver’s horse.
