This special bit was inspired by the early designs of Felix Guitron bits from the 1940s. A special customer contacted me in hopes of getting a bit that was blooming in cactus flowers. After playing with several different layouts, this appeared in my mind and I knew it was it. At the top of the purchase to the mouthpiece there is an intricate Greek key pattern inlaid in sterling silver, one of Sr. Felix’ telltale signs. Each cheek has 4 sterling silver cactus flowers done in relief and in graduated sizes. The Las Flores bit can be made with any mouthpiece we offer, custom made just for you. Shown in oxidized rust brown finish and with a Mona Lisa mouthpiece.
