Fantastic beaded floral patterned Indian breast collar. Symmetrical and very beautifully finished beadwork on red trade cloth with selvedge edges affixed to muslin with Indian tanned buckskin ties. Adorned with edge fringe, black trade cloth, and brass hawk bells. Most likely Cayuse, but could be a neighboring Plateau tribe. Measures 50” x 6.5” and would look stunning framed and on the wall. Pains horse trappings in this condition are rare to find nowadays.
