store policies

Refunds - all custom bit orders are non-refundable once completed. if you wish to cancel your custom order, store credit for 50% of the price of the custom bit will be given. all sales final for all other items unless there is a serious item defect or item is not as described.

delivery - items will be send via usps, or UPS or Fedex at the customer’s request. Tracking will be provided for each team. most custom bit orders will be completed and shipped within 12-16 weeks but can vary depending on workload during periods of high demand around the holidays or busy times of the year.

returns - defective items may be returned within 30days for store credit or refund.

cancellation - custom bit orders may be cancelled within 7 days of order date. refunds will only be given for the price of the bit minus a 50% deposit.
