Beautiful and striking antique Crow knife sheath. Retains an impressive hand forged camp style knife with a stag type handle. Beaded panel is classic Crow design of crosses and pony tracks executed in white, grass green, pink, greasy yellow, white heart red, sky blue and cobalt blue. Beadwork is sinew sewn on Indian tanned bison with a painted red stiff hide body. The set measures 17" overall with the sheath being 13.5" by itself. 4.5" wide with a 16" overall knife with a 12" blade that is 1.5" wide. A museum quality piece from the Indian Wars period.
